Barracuda Load Balancer ADC

Why isn't my Barracuda Load Balancer distributing incoming connections to more than one server?

Solution #00001311

Scope:
All Barracuda Load Balancers, all firmware versions.

Answer:
If you have specified a persistence value, any new connections from a client machine that occur within this time limit (since the previous connection) will be directed to the same real server. If you would like new connections to travel to a new server every time you connect, ensure that the Persist (Seconds) value is blank, and Layer 4 - Client IP is selected as the Service Persist Type under the Session Persistence heading on the Basic > Services > Edit page for the particular service.
