Barracuda Load Balancer ADC
Why am I having problems configuring High Availablity with my Barracuda Load Balancer when I'm in a One Armed Route Path Deployment?
Scope:
All Barracuda Load Balancers with Firmware 3.3.0007 and older.
Answer:
In a One Armed Deployment on Firmware 3.3.0007 and older you must plug cables into the LAN ports of both of the Load Balancers. Doing this allows you to configure High Availability. The cables plugged into the LAN ports of the Load Balancer can be plugged into anything on the other side as long the LAN port are in a connected state.
Additional Notes:
See Solution #00001316 for details on how to configure High Availability.
