To handle persistence for Outlook Web Access we need two content rules for the "Exchange Web Services" Service, an OWA content rule and an ECP content rule.
OWA Content Rule:
- Navigate to Basic > Services.
- Click Add Rule for the Exchange Web Services Service.
- In the Content Rule Expressions section, set the Rule Name to OWA.
- Set the Host Match to *.
- Set the URL Match to /owa/*.
- In the Content Rule Servers section, set the Persistence Type to HTTP Cookie.
- Set the HTTP Cookie value to "sessionid"
- Set the Persistence Time (in seconds) to 1200.
ECP content rule:
- Navigate to Basic > Services.
- Click Add Rule for the Exchange Web Services Service.
- In the Content Rule Expressions section, set the Rule Name to ECP.
- Set the Host Match to *.
- Set the URL Match to /ecp/*.
- In the Content Rule Servers section, set the Persistence Type to HTTP Cookie.
- Set the HTTP Cookie value to "sessionid"
- Set the Persistence Time (in seconds) to 1200.
