All Barracuda Load Balancers, firmware 3.6.0.012 and above.
If your ActiveSync test fails, you can check the following on the CAS systems to resolve the error.
- Ensure that the CAS servers are updated to Rollup 3 or higher:
- Navigate to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet.
- Make sure that "Show updates" checkbox is checked.
- Click on the Update Rollup that you are trying to figure out version information for.
- Click on the "Click here for support information" link
