Exporting Barracuda RMM Screens to a File

In addition to creating reports using the Report Builder, you can also generate an on-the-fly report that leverages the filtering and data selection abilities inherent in commonly-used UI pages in Barracuda RMM, including:

  • The Alerts page
  • Onboarding Overview dashboards
  • Ticket Management
  • Windows and SNMP

This type of reporting allows you to generate Excel, CSV, Word, and PDF files that replicates the information you are viewing. For example, on the Alerts page, you can filter to show only active alerts at a particular site, and then export to an Excel file that you can then use for reporting purposes. Similarly, in the Onboarding Overview dashboard, you can filter the view to only display devices with onboarding issues at a certain site, and then export that content to an Excel file that serves as a report that shows your customer a list of the devices that you will be troubleshooting.

  1. In Service Center, access any of the following pages:
    • Alerts (Status > Alerts)
    • Onboarding Overview (Status > Onboarding Overview)
    • Ticket Management (Trouble Tickets > Ticket Management)
    • Any Inventory page (Site Management > Windows Inventory or Site Management > SNMP Inventory)
  2. Click Export, and then select one of the following:
    • Excel
    • CSV
    • Word
    • PDF
