Integrating with Barracuda Content Shield lets you do the following:
- View a summary of your Barracuda Content Shield threats, agents and licenses.
- Easily navigate to the Barracuda Content Shield portal.
You can also:
- View blocked DNS filtering requests by site and time period
- View the filtering status of Barracuda Content Shield.
To view a summary of your Barracuda Content Shield threats, agents, and licenses
- In Service Center, click Dashboards > Barracuda Dashboard.
To go to the Barracuda Content Shield Portal
The Barracuda Content Shield Portal opens in a new window. You are not logged out of Service Center.
- In Service Center, click Dashboards > Barracuda Dashboard.
- Click the Barracuda Content Shield link.
Viewing Blocked DNS Filtering Requests
From within Barracuda RMM, you can see the DNS filtering requests that Barracuda Content Shield has blocked, displayed as a graph.
For a site to be included in this graph, it must be:
- Mapped to a Barracuda Content Shield user and location;
- Mapped to a Barracuda Content Shield location; and
- Added to a Barracuda Content Shield policy.
You can set the following for the graph:
- Which sites are displayed
- The time period displayed: the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days.
To view a graph of Blocked DNS Filtering Requests
- In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Content Shield.
- From the sites drop-down menu, select All Sites or the site you want to see.
- To set the period of time, click one of the following buttons:
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
Viewing the Filtering Status of Barracuda Content Shield
For an overview of the Barracuda Content Shield filtering status, you can visit Barracuda Networks products > Content Shield. On this page, you can see:
- Which Barracuda RMM sites are mapped.
- The Barracuda Content Shield location sites are mapped to.
- The number of active alerts.
- The number of requests blocked by DNS filtering.
To view the filtering status of Barracuda Content Shield
- In Service Center, click Barracuda Networks products > Content Shield.
