If a user changes their password in Barracuda Cloud Control, the password must also be updated in Barracuda RMM for the integration to continue to function. The Admin must re-authenticate the user for Barracuda Content Shield data to be displayed.
During this time, new events are not displayed in Barracuda RMM, and no alerts are generated. When the user is re-authenticated, any events that occurred while the password was out of date are displayed, but alerts are not sent.
Barracuda Cloud Control users who have had an expired password for more than 30 days. After 30 days, the integration is disconnected.
If the BCC password has been changed and needs to be updated, the Admin user sees the following:

To update the BCC password
- Do one of the following:
- Click Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management.
- Click the re-authenticate link in the Barracuda Cloud Credentials Required message on the Dashboards > Barracuda Dashboard page, the Barracuda Networks products > Content Shield page, or the Configuration > Integrations > Barracuda Integrations page.
- Click the Admin user, then the Profile tab.
- Click the Update BCC user password button.
- Type the new Barracuda Cloud Control password.
- Click Link.
