If you remove your Intronis Backup integration, you can re-integrate it at any time. However, Barracuda RMM will no longer display Intronis Backup data.
To remove an Intronis Backup integration
- In Service Center, click Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management.
- Click the link of the built-in administrator.
- In the ECHOplatform Partner area, click Unlink.
- Fill in the CAPTCHA.
- Click Unlink.
- Click Save.
To unlink a site from an ECHOplatform customer account
- In Service Center, click Configuration > Barracuda Integrations.
- Click the name of the site you want to unlink.
- In the ECHOplatform Customer Account area, click Unlink.
- Click Save.
