During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Barracuda RMM Support Team saw an understandable uptick of broadspectrum use of Device Managers to address working remotely. Ass such, we also noticed an equal trend in Device Managers being decomished and removed from the Service Center. As such, we implimented a fix that would see the Down Device Threshold Settings uncoupled for OM managed devices and Device Managers. It is recommended that if you expect DMs to be offline for a considerable amount of time that you adjust these settings so that you can ensure the devices are not removed from the Service Center. Please follow these steps:
In your Service Center, click Site Management.
Select Sites.
Now click on the Site you want to modify.
Select Configuration.
Modify the Down Device Threshold Settings.
We recommend 365 days, or longer, just in case.
