Enabling a new service integration requires you to follow the detailed configuration procedures outlined in the chapter dedicated to the PSA or service desk tool you want to integrate with Barracuda RMM. However, if you only need to re-enable a service integration that you have temporarily disabled, do the following:
- In Service Center, click Configuration > Integrations > Service PSA Integrations.
- Select the check box that corresponds with the service integration you want to re-enable.
- Click More Actions, then select Enable.
