Barracuda RMM uses the OData (Open Data Protocol) standard for RESTful APIs. This lets you use third party BI (Business Intelligence) tools that are compatible with the OData standard to connect and analyze the information in the database.
Using a third party BI tool gives you a powerful interface to analyze and visualize data. You can inspect your data from any point of view, with the power to drill down into the details, or use the tool to create custom reports on any aspect of your data you require.
