Retrying the install of Premium Remote Control on sites attempts to install the Premium Remote Control agent on any devices where the Premium Remote Control agent:
Installation failed.
Has been uninstalled.
You can retry installing the Premium Remote Control agent on any site that is set to install Premium Remote Control automatically.
If you attempt to retry installing on a site that is not set to install Premium Remote Control automatically, the install is not retried.
In Service Center, click Site Management > Sites.
Select one of the following:
The check boxes of the sites where you want to reinstall
The All check box
Click Premium Remote Control > Retry automatic installations.
Click OK.
