Suppressing Device Issues

You can suppress, or hide, device issues that do not require correction or that you deem unimportant. Suppressed device issues are removed from the Devices with Onboarding Issues list, but are still available for you to view on the Suppressed Issues page.

  1. In Service Center, click Status > Onboarding Overview.

  2. Click a site name.

  3. Click the triangle beside a device to view the issue type and description.

  4. Click Suppress.
