Renaming an Alert Category

  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Alerting > Alert Categories.

  2. Open the folders by clicking the chevron (>) and locate the name of the category you want to rename.

  3. Click the name of the category you want to rename.

  4. Type a new name in the Category box.

  5. Click Save.
    Barracuda RMM creates a new alert category.

  6. Locate the name of the original category and click the Delete icondelete.gif.
