T o view details about devices with onboarding issues, take a look at the Onboarding Overview dashboard.

You can use this dashboard to view and correct some common discovery issues, including:
Devices that do not have a monitoring protocol enabled, including WMI, SNMP, and SSH
Windows devices that do not have RDP enabled
Windows devices that do not have the Admin share enabled
Devices that are not being monitored
VMware devices that do not have vSphere credentials
