Do one of the following:
In Service Center, click Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management.
If you are logged in as the built-in administrator, click Dashboards > Barracuda Dashboard, then click the link in the ECHOplatform Partner Credentials Required area.
Click the link of the built-in administrator.
Click the Link to ECHOplatform Partner button.
Type the Partner Username as it appears on the Manage tab in ECHOplatform.
Type the Client Id.
You can find the Client Id and Client Secret by opening ECHOplatform, then clicking Preferences > View/Edit Contact Information.
Type the Client Secret.
Click Link.
Click Save.
