Deleting a Role from a User Account

If a user account does not have any role assigned to it, the user is unable to log into Barracuda RMM.

  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management.

  2. Click the name of the user account you want to edit.

  3. Click the Roles tab.

  4. Click the Delete icon delete.gif for the role you want to delete.

  5. Click Save.
