- In Service Center, click Configuration > Alert Categories.
- Open the folders by clicking the chevron (>) and locate the name of the category you want to rename.
- Click the name of the category you want to rename.
- Type a new name in the Category box.
- Click Save.
Barracuda Managed Workplace creates a new alert category.
- Locate the name of the original category and click the Delete icon .
