Deleting and Downloading Files

Device users with the Infrascale service module properly set up and running on their device can log in to the Infrascale dashboard. Device users need the user name and password that was created when they assigned the configuration policy and monitoring policy to the device. The Infrascale BDR service module provides a link that takes users directly to Infrascale’s web portal, called the Centralized Management dashboard, where users can delete and download files.

To retrieve this user name and password, contact Barracuda Managed Workplace support.

Administrators can also delete and download files for devices backed up using the Infrascale service module.

To view files in Infrascale (for device users)
  1. Click Dashboards > Central Dashboard.
  2. Click a site.
  3. Click Device Count.
  4. Click a device link.
  5. Click the Infrascale link.
  6. In the Manage area, click Delete/Recover Files (Dashboard).
    The Centralized Management dashboard opens.
  7. Log in to Infrascale.
  8. Click Cloud Data.
  9. Do any of the following:
    • In the Content Type box, select a type.
    • In the File Name box, type part of a file name.
  • Click Search.
  • To view files in Infrascale (for administrators)
    1. Log in to the Infrascale dashboard at https://dashboard.infrascale.com/.
    2. Click the My Companies link.
    3. Click the blue Settings icon next to the site that contains the device you want to download or delete from and click Login as Company Admin.
    4. Click Cloud Data.
    5. Do any of the following:
      • In the Content Type box, select a type.
      • In the File Name box, type part of a file name.
