Setting up the Barracuda Content Shield Integration

Integrating with Barracuda Content Shield takes only a few simple steps.

To set up your Barracuda Content Shield integration, you need the following:

  • A valid Barracuda Content Shield account.
  • A Barracuda Cloud Control account that is connected to your Barracuda Content Shield account. For more information, see https://campus.barracuda.com/product/cloudcontrol/.
  • Your Barracuda Cloud Control credentials.
  • If your Barracuda Cloud Control account has Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, you need your authentication device.
To integrate Barracuda Content Shield

If your Barracuda Cloud Control account has Multi-Factor Authentication configured, you must provide a valid verification code.

In Service Center, click Dashboards > Barracuda Dashboard.

Click credentials.jpg.

Type the Email Address associated with your Barracuda Cloud Control credentials.

Type the Password associated with your Barracuda Cloud Control credentials.

Click Validate.

If required, type your Multi-Factor Authentication verification code.

Click Validate.

To remove a Barracuda Content Shield integration

If you remove your current Barracuda Content Shield integration, you can re-integrate it at any time.

In Service Center, click Dashboards > Barracuda Dashboard.

Click credentials.jpg.

Click Revoke.
