How do I add an Auditor account to the Barracuda Message Archiver?

All Barracuda Message Archivers, all firmware versions.

Individual user accounts can be configured to have access to all archived email, rather than just their own. These user accounts are known as auditor accounts.

Currently, there isn't a default auditor account. To create one, add the intended auditor user on the Users > User Add/Update page. Then, on the Users > Account View page, click on the blue User link next to the account you want to change to auditor. In the resulting pop-up window, you should be able to select Auditor from the Role drop-down menu. Click Save Changes to make this account an auditor.
