How can I see emails that trigger my custom policies on the Barracuda Message Archiver?

Scope:
All Barracuda Message Archivers, all firmware versions.

Answer:
There are several ways to do this.
  1. Go to the Basic > Search page and click the Advanced Search link. Then, on the right hand side, open the drop-down menu and select the saved search that corresponds with your custom policy. This will automatically load your search into the Search page. Then, click the Search button to refresh the list and display all of the emails that would trigger or have triggered this custom policy.
  2. Go to the Basic > Search page and click on the name of the saved search you would like to view. This will take you to the Basic > Search page and automatically give you the search results for this saved search. 
  3. Go to the Policy > Alerts page and click on the name of the policy you would like to view. This will take you to the Basic > Search page and automatically give you the search results for this policy.
