Why are all messages being classified as incoming messages on my Barracuda Message Archiver?

Answer:
In order for the Barracuda Message Archiver to determine which domains belong to your organization and which are external, you must configure your domains on the Barracuda. Navigate to the Basic > IP Configuration page in the Barracuda's administration interface, scroll to the bottom of the page, and enter your mail domains into the Local Domains list. This list is a list of all domain names for which the Barracuda Message Archiver receives messages. Otherwise, all messages may appear to be incoming messages when using the Basic > Search page or viewing reports.
