  • Date changed: 11 years ago
Solution #00003301

Scope:
All Barracuda Message Archivers, firmware versions 1.1 and above.

Answer:
The list of default policies now includes:
  • Personal Info - This policy scans for Personally Identifiable Information. It scans for various formats of drivers’ license numbers, credit card numbers, etc.
  • Foul Language - This policy scans for foul language words.
  • Personal Email - This policy scans for emails sent to and from various sites known by Barracuda Networks to be non-business sites (usually recreation and gambling sites). This policy is designed to alert the administrator when company email is being used for personal and non-business matters.
Barracuda Central regularly updates the exact definitions of the default policies to stay up-to-date and effective.
