Scope:
This solution applies to all Barracuda Message Archivers.
Answer:
For the Barracuda Message Archiver to accurately log all mail statistics correctly for Incoming, Internal, and Outbound, you will need to go to Basic > IP Configuration. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Local Domains. Â Make sure all domains that you are archiving messages for are listed here. Once this is done your statistics will accurately log.
