Scope:

This solution applies to all Barracuda Message Archivers.

  

Answer:

For the Barracuda Message Archiver to accurately log all mail statistics correctly for Incoming, Internal, and Outbound, you will need to go to Basic > IP Configuration. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Local Domains.  Make sure all domains that you are archiving messages for are listed here. Once this is done your statistics will accurately log.
