Applies to all Barracuda Message Archivers.

Answer:
Messages forwarded from the Barracuda Message Archiver sent to a Microsoft Exchange server may be getting de-duplicated. This is due to Microsoft's method of managing de-duplication on the Message ID header. For more information on how Microsoft Exchange may be de-duplicating your mail, please follow the following link:
