Barracuda Message Archiver, firmware version 4.0 and up.
After speaking with Barracuda Customer Support to purchase a Cloud Storage Subscription, you should have received a Linking Code in the initial email you received. To link your appliance to the Cloud Control, please take the following steps:
1 Log into your BCC Portal account by navigating to https://login.barracudanetworks.com
a Enter your credentials
b If you don not already have an account please create one by clicking the Create a User button at https://login.barracudanetworks.com
2 From here, a new Tab should be available to you on the left hand navigation pane called Archiver
3 Click the Archiver side-tab and you should be presented with the setup page for linking the Archiver device.
4 Fill in the information on this screen with your Archiver Serial Number and the Linking Code that was provided to you when you initially purchased the Cloud Storage Subscription.
a If you don not have the Linking Code readily available, please contact Barracuda Support to retrieve it.
5 Click Submit
6 Fill out the Location Information and Time Zone, and then click the ?Verify & Link? button.
7 Once that's done, head back over to the WebUI of the Archiver device, then navigate to the Advanced > Cloud Storage tab.
a If the Cloud Storage options haven't become available yet, please wait 5-10 minutes for them to become available.
8 Once they become available, please select "Mirroring" to have a copy of every mail available on both the local appliance and the Cloud. Please note that the "Rotate" option is no longer available, and is no longer sold as of March 1st, 2020. It remains supported. If you need assistance with "Rotate" and purchased a Cloud Rotation Subscription before March 1st, 2020, please contact Support at +1 (408) 342-5300.
9 You should soon begin seeing new statistics show up on the Cloud Control under the Archiver > Status page.
