How can the customer resolve error 1305 when installing PST Enterprise?

When installing PST Enterprise you may see the following error message:
?Error 1305. Error reading from file C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp{GUID}\PST Enterprise.msi
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.?

This error is typically seen when another application e.g. anti-virus blocks access to the temporary data created by the installer. You should ensure that:
1.      Your anti-virus is not blocking the extracted MSI. You may need to create a folder exclusion for on-access scanning, or temporarily disable your AV during installation.
2.      With the error message still visible on screen, you are able to browse to the specified location and that you have Full Control permissions on the extracted PST Enterprise.msi file. If you need to alter the NTFS permissions on the file, click Retry to attempt the read again.
