Solution #00003923
Scope:
All Barracuda Web Application Firewalls.
Answer:
Web Application Firewall log levels specify the level of logging events for a service. The lowest logging level collects the fewest messages, whereas the highest level collects all logged messages. When you specify a particular logging level, messages for that level and all levels below it are collected.
The available log levels include:
0-Emergency
1-Alert (most "attacks" fall under this level)2-Critical
3-Error
4-Warning (Cookie and cloaking related logs fall under this level)
5-Notice
6-Information
7-Debug
Changing the Log Level for a Service
- From the Basic > Services page click Edit next to the service you want to change. The service page opens.
- Under the Basic Security section, change the value of the Web Firewall Log Level.
- Click Save Changes to save and activate the new setting.
