Why do I keep getting error "unable to perform a backup - can not take a backup at this time creating internal profiles" when trying to perform a backup on my Barracuda Web Application Firewall?

Please make sure that Adaptive Profiling is turned off when you are taking backups. You can find this by navigating to Websites > Adaptive Profiling > Edit (for the specific service). If it is turned off and you are still getting this error message please contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support.
