There is an option to allow you to enable or disable remote access to Barracuda Networks Technical Support via secure shell (SSH) port 22.
This option is available under is under Advanced > System Configuration > Remote Support.
By default, this parameter is set to Yes. You can set it to No to prevent access to this Barracuda Web Application Firewall by Barracuda Networks technicians, even if you have made a connection to Barracuda Central using the ADVANCED > Troubleshooting page.
Make sure you set Enable Remote Support to Yes before contacting Barracuda Networks Technical Support with queries or problems.
