Scope:
This appliess to all Barracuda Web Application Firewalls firmware versions  7.6.4 and above.

Answer:

Maximum Transmission Unit, the largest physical packet size, measured in bytes, that a network can transmit. Any messages larger than the MTU are divided into smaller packets before being sent. 

To change the Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) size on barracuda web application firewall please go to Advanced >> System Configuration >> Advanced

To view this option we need to enable expert settings. 

To enable Expert Settings, you need to navigate to "ADVANCED -> System configuration" tab and append "&expert=1" to the end of the URL. Then click on the 'expert variables' tab that appears after navigating to the appended URL.
