All Barracuda Web Filters being used with a Email Security Gateway.
If a Email Security Gateway shows up as infected on the Barracuda Web Filter, the Email Security Gateway could have processed some intent domains that tripped the Web Filter's defenses. To check against our intent database, the Email Security Gateway must access spam and spyware domain names from the body of incoming mail to Barracuda support servers.
Either move your Email Security Gateway to the DMZ or exempt its IP (as a client/server exemption) so the Web Filter will not interfere with its mail processing.
