How can I know when my users access pages that my Barracuda Web Filter will 'warn' or 'monitor'?

Solution #3246

Scope:
All Barracuda Web Filters, all firmware versions.

Answer:
To check and see which users are accessing pages that the Barracuda Web Filter has been configured to monitor, go to the Basic > Log page and select Filter: Monitored Request from the drop-down menu at the top. This will display all monitored page requests.

To check and see which users are accessing pages that the Barracuda Web Filter has been configured to warn, go to the Block/Accept > Warned Activity page. This page displays all instances where a user was met with a warn page and clicked the Proceed button to load the intended webpage.

Both monitor and warn actions may also be monitored by the automated daily reporting feature of the Barracuda Web Filter. This is configured on the Basic > Reports page. To create an automated report, select the report that you would like to see (possibly related to the monitor or warn actions), enter the email addresses to receive the report, configure the report's output, name it, and click the Schedule Report button.
