Scope:
This solution applies to the Barracuda Web Filter, all firmware versions.
Answer:
When using Internet Explorer 9, the Web or Application Logs will sometimes display incorrectly (most often it is rendered blank).
This can be fixed by using Internet Explorer's compatibility mode.
- While using IE9, press F12.
- A pop up window will appear.
- In the top menu of the window, locate the option labeled "Browser Mode"
- Select Internet Explorer 8 from the drop down menu.
- Close the window.
