How does a customer troubleshoot computer that cannot access the Internet after uninstalling the WSA?

This solution applies to all computers that have had the web security agent installed.
The WSA alters certain winsock settings so that if it is not completely uninstalled these settings are not reset and the computer will not be able to access the Internet.
First have the customer disable their antivirus if they have one running, and then open an elevated command prompt, which is a command prompt started as Administrator.
In the elevated command prompt, have the user run these 2 commands.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
Also have them run the following command if they have ipv6 on their computer.
netsh int ipv6 reset
Internet should now come back up. If it doesn't then reinstall the WSA and use a 3rd party program like the free version of Revo Uninstaller to completely uninstall the program. Use the advanced search feature of Revo Uninstaller to ensure that it doesn't miss anything. Then run those commands again if after rebooting the computer still can't access the Internet.
