Why when doing a lookup on my Barracuda Web Filter, the user is not shown as part of his/her group?

When a user is added to a group in Active Directory, there is a PrimaryGroupID that is associated to that group. By default, that ID should be 513. However, the PrimaryGroupID may show up as 512 for that user. If that happens, follow these steps:

-In Active Directory, open up the "Properties" window for user
-Check the "Attribute Editor" tab
-Look for the "PrimaryGroupID". If it is set to 512, change it to 513.
-Restart the service
