If you have a Firewall configured, you can block IP addresses that are the source of tickets.
To block or unblock an IP address
In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, do one of the following:
Click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts, click a ticket that has a source IP, then click .
Click Intelligence > View Ticket. Type a ticket number to view.
In the Source IP row, click Block/Unblock IP.
Select a firewall.
Select one of the checkboxes:
Block
Unblock
Click Submit.
