You can delete all the settings for the following ticket applications:
- Autotask
- ConnectWise
- ServiceNow
You might want to delete the settings for an integration if there was a mistake made in the integration or if you no longer have that application.
To delete settings for a ticket integration
- In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Administration > Integrations.
- Click Update on one of the following cards:
- Autotask
- ConnectWise
- ServiceNow
- Click Edit Settings.
- Click the Delete All Settings button.
- Click Confirm.
