Managed Endpoint Security subscribers can decommission SentinelOne endpoints. This removes them from the XDR Dashboard, letting you focus on endpoints that are communicating.
When you decommission a device, its history and data remain in the XDR Dashboard.
Decommissioning a device removes it from the XDR Dashboard, but it doesn’t uninstall the SentinelOne agent. If SentinelOne is detected on the device again, the device will automatically appear on the dashboard again, without you having to add it.
To do this, in XDR Dashboard, click Infrastructure > Endpoint Devices.
In the Endpoint Devices table, click the row of the device you want to decommission.
Click Decommission.
Click Confirm.
