As part of Barracuda Managed XDR working towards an integration with the BarracudaONE Cybersecurity Platform, logging into the XDR Dashboard will soon require an email address instead of a username. If that email address is already associated with a Barracuda account in addition to Barracuda Managed XDR, we will use that account, password, and corresponding MFA code. The user will automatically be logged in if a valid session is already active due to another product. If that email address is associated with multiple XDR accounts, the user will be asked which account they are accessing at the time of login.
After this initial login, you will also have the ability to access the XDR Dashboard via SSO with Microsoft.
If the email address is only associated with Barracuda Managed XDR, the user will be directed to the existing XDR login page and workflow.
