When you export the contents of the All Tickets table on the Alerts & Alarms page:
Filters you applied to the table are applied to the contents of the file, so information you filtered out doesn’t appear in the exported file.
Columns that you hid on the page don’t appear in the exported file.
The file is generated as a CSV file that you can open in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application.
To export the All Tickets table on the Alerts & Alarms page
In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts.
Optionally, do either of the following:
Click Export Tickets
.
The CSV file exports to your Download folder.
