Blocking and Unblocking IP Addresses

If you have a Firewall configured, you can block IP addresses that are the source of tickets. 

To block or unblock an IP address
  1. In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts.
  2. In the All Tickets table, click any row that has a Source IP.
  3. In the Source IP row, click Block/Unblock IP.
  4. Select a firewall.
  5. Select one of the checkboxes:
    • Block
    • Unblock
  6. Click Submit.
