When you block an IP address, individuals from that IP address are prevented from logging in, even if their other credentials are correct. Blocking IP addresses is done at the corporate account level–an IP address that is blocked is blocked for the corporate account.
To block an IP address or range, you add the IP addresses/range to a Block list, then enable the Block list.
To configure a Block list
- In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Setup > IP Blocking.
- In Account, in the top navigation bar, ensure your corporate account is selected.
- In the Block List section, in Choose list, select a list.
- Click Configure.
- Type a new name.
- Select the block lists to include.
- Click Save.
