This solution applies to Yosemite Server Backup 8.8 and newer.
The error 3130 "General Jet database interface error" is reported when an error occurs during a Jet DB call that Yosemite Server Backup does not have a translation for.
If this error is received, it is recommended to contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support for assistance.
If you wish to troubleshoot the error on your own, the best place to start would be the Windows Application event logs. The application (be it Exchange or SQL) will often post an event here related to the error. It is also helpful to locate the decimal error returned by the application in the Objects section of your Yosemite Server Backup job log. You will need to convert this from decimal to hexidecimal and then do a web search on the hex form of this error.
