Cloud Storage Discontinuation

Starting September 2, 2024, the Barracuda Message Archiver Cloud Storage feature will no longer be available. 

At that time, Barracuda Message Archiver appliances connected to Cloud Storage will cease transmission of data to Cloud Storage. All other functionalities of the Message Archiver will continue to operate as expected.

Barracuda Networks recommends transitioning your email archiving to the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service. The Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service offers unlimited storage, automatic updates, and enhance redundancy. This conversion is typically straightforward and minimally disruptive as your data is presently stored in the Cloud Archiving Service.

However, if you are not ready to transition to a cloud-hosted email archiving solution, you have an option of adding a second Message Archiver appliance or including a Barracuda Backup server to address your backup and redundancy requirements.
