All new PSA integations are set up through BarracudaONE. To upgrade your legacy integration, see Upgrading a ConnectWise or AutoTask integration to BarracudaONE.

Your legacy integrations can still be managed through IBU. However creating new or deleting legacy integrations can only be done through BarracudaONE.
