The following table describes the Barracuda Message Archiver front panel indicator lights for models 850 and 950.

Power Supply/Internal Fan

Power supply and internal fan issue indicators:

  • Continuously on and red – An overheat condition has occurred; this may be caused by cable congestion.
  • Blinking red (1Hz) – Fan failure, check for an inoperative fan.
  • Blinking red (0.25Hz) – Power failure; check for non-operational power supply.
  • Solid blue – Local UID has been activated; use this function to locate the server in a rack-mount environment.
  • Blining blue (300 mSEC) – Remote UID is on; initiate this function from a remote location to identify the appliance.
Network Activity (2)Blinks green to indicate network activity.
Disk LightDisplays a solid orange light and blinks during disk activity.
Power Light

Displays a solid green light when the system is powered on.
