Exporting the All Tickets table on the Alarms & Alerts page

When you export the contents of the All Tickets table on the Alerts & Alarms page:

  • Filters you applied to the table are applied to the contents of the file, so information you filtered out doesn’t appear in the exported file.

  • Columns that you hid on the page don’t appear in the exported file.

The file is generated as a CSV file that you can open in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application.

To export the All Tickets table on the Alerts & Alarms page
  1. In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts.

  2. Optionally, do either of the following:

  3. Click Export Tickets Export Table.png .

The CSV file exports to your Download folder.
