Before installing any firmware version, be sure to make a backup of your configuration and read all release notes that apply to versions more recent than the one currently running on your system.
Do not manually reboot your system at any time during an upgrade, unless otherwise instructed by Barracuda Networks Technical Support. The update process typically takes only a few minutes after the update is applied. However, the process can take up to 15 minutes depending on your configuration. If the process takes longer, please contact Technical Support for further assistance.
The Barracuda WAF Control Center 2.4.1 supports Barracuda Web Application Firewall(s) running firmware version 9.1.1 and higher.
Fixes and Enhancements in 2.4.1

- Fix: SSH security vulnerabilities reported by scanners on the port 2200 has been fixed. [BNCMS-2431]
- Fix: A recurring issue in syncing web files between the WAF(s) and the WAF Control Center has been fixed. [BNCMS-2429]
- Fix: A leak in the disk usage by the WAF Control Center's queuing mechanism has been fixed. [BNCMS-2428]
- Fix: Log storage issues caused by the WCC server logs has been fixed. [BNCMS-2427]
- Fix: An issue with the Security Policy synchronization mechanism between the WAF(s) and the Control Center has been fixed. [BNCMS-2437]
